Ingredients:
yield: ~40 cubes at 0.75mg of THC per cube
- 1 navel orange, quartered
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 tablespoon of minced (or shredded) ginger
- 2 small pieces of turmeric
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup water
- 9 mL Escape Artists lemon tincture
how to make frozen citrus-ginger cubes
Add all ingredients to the base of a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. This may take upwards of 2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender. Aim for as smooth and homogenized as possible.
Transfer the mixture to ice cube trays (ours make 7/8″ cubes) and freeze until solid. Once solid, remove the cubes from the trays and store them in a freezer-safe container.
To enjoy, add a few cubes to hot water or blend into a smoothie.
