how to make sparkling mulled apple cider
Yield: 8 (12 oz) servings at 5MG THC each
step 1:
Add the cider to a large pot set over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
step 2:
Add the cranberries, apple, lemon, cinnamon, star anise, and whole cloves. Stir, then remove from heat and cover with a lid for an hour.
step 3:
Remove the lid and let the cider cool to room temperature (this will take a few hours).
step 4:
Add the rosemary then transfer to the refrigerator. Let everything mingle overnight.
step 5:
When ready to serve, add sparkling water. Serve straight from the pot or transfer to a carafe. Dose each serving with 1.5 mL of tincture. Enjoy!
notes: You can serve the mulled cider hot or cold. If serving hot, reduce the tincture to 6 mL and omit the sparkling water. You’ll have 4 servings instead of 8. You can infuse the cider with orange, pear, pomegranate, or any fall aromatics you have in your kitchen.
